Abstract
SummaryCongenital anomalies of the nasal septum, except septal deviation, constitute a small portion of all congenital nasal anomalies. In this report, we present a patient with congenital isolated absence of the quadrilateral cartilage of the nasal septum. Congenital septal anomalies are extremely rare, and congenital isolated absence of the quadrilateral cartilage has not been reported in the literature before.
