Abstract
The orbitozygomatic craniotomy has been developed and modified over the last three decades, and has become a quintessential approach and technique for the well-rounded neurosurgeon. In this paper, we describe the technique as well as numerous modifications developed in order to suit the various pathologies in the anterior and middle cranial fossae.
