Abstract
Endoscopic septoplasty was first described as an alternative to the traditional technique in 1991. Two decades later, it has been accepted as a viable method of treatment of nasal septal deformities. Owing to improved visualization, the endoscopic approach offers a number of advantages over traditional septoplasty. Here, the endoscopic technique and its benefits have been described.
