Abstract
Scar deformities of the face and neck continue to present challenges for the facial reconstructive surgeon. Classic Z-plasty techniques along with Z-plasty transposition flap variations remain extremely helpful for many scar deformities. Discussion of these techniques and case examples will be included in this review.
