Endovascular embolization of complex hypervascular skull base tumors

Neurointerventional radiology plays a critical role in the endovascular evaluation and treatment of complex hypervascular skull base tumors. In this article, we review hypervascular skull base tumors, the vascular anatomy, and neurointerventional techniques that facilitate surgical excision with reduced morbidity and decreased incidence of local recurrence.
