Abstract
The limits of endoscopic skull base surgery have significantly expanded over the past decade. More complex and challenging skull base pathology continues to be treated using endoscopic approaches. The expanding role of endonasal skull base surgery has been possible by a concerted effort to prevent and manage postoperative complications such as cerebrospinal fluid leaks, vascular injuries, neurological deficits, cerebrovascular accidents, and infectious sequelae.
