Zygomatico–orbito–maxillary complex fractures are the second most common facial fracture. As with all facial fractures, wide exposure and accurate fixation will lead to optimal functional and cosmetic results. Surgical techniques to expose the orbital floor, zygoma, and maxilla are discussed.
