Abstract
Rhinoplasty is a reduction-restructuring procedure. Proper skeletal support is necessary to maintain long-term aesthetic framework. We describe the senior surgeon’s (T.R.) experience with implants in the 3 types of rhinoplasty: primary rhinoplasty, revision rhinoplasty, and ethnic rhinoplasty. Techniques and the long-term outcomes are discussed.
