Abstract
There are three main factors that the rhinoplasty surgeon must consider when planning and executing ethnic rhinoplasty—dorsal height, tip projection, and alar base width. The purpose of this article is to provide the surgeon with the techniques and adjunctive maneuvers to address these factors that will aid in obtaining the optimum result in ethnic rhinoplasty.
