Abstract
Endoscopic techniques have allowed a variety of sinonasal surgical procedures to be performed in a minimally invasive manner. Many procedures that have traditionally been performed in the operating room may be well suited to the office setting. A review of our experience in performing endoscopic surgical procedures in an ambulatory office setting reveals that the office setting is safe and offers more convenience for both surgeons and patients.
