Abstract
Endoscopic resection of nasal and sinus tumors extending beyond the limits of the nose and sinuses is one of the new frontiers of endoscopic sinus surgery. To date the limitations of endoscopic resection have been tumor vascularity, inability of the surgeon to manipulate the tumor, and uncertainty about the endoscopic anatomy. These limitations have been largely overcome by improvements in interventional radiology and the development of the 2-surgeon technique allowing tumor manipulation. This article presents the surgical technique for approaching these tumors.
