Abstract
Topical budesonide via MAD may reduce the need for systemic prednisone and improve both physician and patient global assessment scores in postoperative CRS patients. Additional investigation is warranted to exclude placebo effect, spontaneous resolution, and regression to the mean as responsible factors for the reported findings.
