Abstract
⺠We investigated the role of HIF-3α in response to hypoxia and physical exercise. ⺠The HIF-3α silencing was performed by RNA interference technology. ⺠IHT reduced the effect of acute hypoxia on HIF-3α mRNA expression. ⺠The HIF-3α silencing led to the physical endurance elevation. ⺠The antiHIF-3α siRNA influenced on some HIF-target gene expression.
