Abstract
Synovial haemangioma is an infrequent, benign vascular lesion. However, occasionally it may reoccur in joint spaces and adjacent structures. Diagnosis is made histologically, although advanced medical imaging techniques, such as magnetic resonance imaging, can be useful in determining the extent of the involvement and subsequent management of the lesion. We report a case of synovial haemangioma and a review of the most relevant descriptions in the literature.
