Abstract
Giant Cell Myocarditis is a rare myocardiopathy, with uncertain immunology basis, fatal evolution and congestive heart failure. Its main treatment is immunosuppressive therapy or cardiac transplantation. The diagnosis is definitively histopathological. The reported case corresponds to a 59 years old woman, showing clinical findings of acute myocardium infarct but normal coronariography. The definitive diagnosis was made in the autopsy.
