Propositions pour adapter la protection de l’enfance aux réalités d’aujourd’hui

RésuméLe rapport intitulé « 40 propositions pour adapter la protection de l’enfance et l’adoption aux réalités d’aujourd’hui » a été remis début février 2014 par le groupe de travail, « Protection de l’enfance et adoption », à la ministre déléguée à la Famille, dans le cadre de la préparation de la « loi famille ». Le domaine médical est un « maillon » important de la protection de l’enfance. Parmi les 40 propositions, une attention particulière a été portée au repérage de l’enfance en danger, à l’amélioration de la protection des nouveau-nés (syndrome du bébé secoué, mort inattendu du nourrisson) et aux problématiques de l’adoption.
