RésuméLa carence en vitamine B12 est souvent fruste ou dissociée, responsable de tableaux extrêmement polymorphes et de gravité variable. Nous rapportons une observation inhabituelle de carence en vitamine B12 chez un jeune garçon, révélée par une pseudo-microangiopathie thrombotique menaçant le pronostic vital. Cette pathologie carentielle, plus fréquente dans un contexte de déficit nutritionnel, peut être méconnue.
