Abstract
Psoriasis is a multifactorial disease complex, multiple mechanisms, not well known, with combination of genetic, immunological and environmental factors. Treatment is in the light with corticosteroids, anti-inflammatory and immunomodulators obtained by genetic engineering techniques raises considerable hope in severe forms.
