Abstract
•A rare case of a two-month old found to have three separate duodenal webs.•Partial duodenal obstructions or webs may have delayed clinical presentations.•We suggest using a balloon tipped catheter to assess the patency of the duodenum during repair.
A duodenal obstruction with three separate obstructing duodenal webs is a very rare congenital anomaly, with only one other case reported in the literature. We present a case in a 3-week-old newborn that underwent successful surgical repair.
