Abstract
Patients with nadir creatinine >75 umol/l (0.85 mg/dl) should be considered at high risk for CRI, while patients with nadir creatinine â¤35 umol/l (0.4 mg/dl) should be considered low risk. Patients with nadir creatinine between these two values have an intermediate risk of CRI.Table.
