Abstract
Treatment with early CPAP rather than intubation/surfactant is associated with less respiratory morbidity by 18-22Â months CA. Longitudinal assessment of pulmonary morbidity is necessary to fully evaluate the potential benefits of respiratory interventions for neonates.
