Abstract
Neural progenitor accumulation in CSF could confound the clinical interpretation of CSF cell counts in hydrocephalus and may play as yet undetermined roles in the biology of injury after hydrocephalus. These findings suggest the potential for neural stem cell propagation from CSF.
