Abstract
												It consists of twelve children 6 boys and 6 girls, two of them were victims of electrocution by high voltage current and 10 by household current. The care of our patients required several techniques. There is no therapeutic consensus, but several criteria such as, the depth of the burn, etiology, location and growth of the hand must be taken into account.
