Abstract
The pathology of the hospitalization twin at Brazzaville is widely dominated by acute gastroenteritis. The low-birth weight, malnutrition and artificial feeding are favouring factors. The hypochrome microcytary anaemia constitutes other particularity. The best coming of twin pregnancies should considerably contribute to a diminution of that morbidity.
