Abstract
Despite methodological limits, these results showed the frequency of somatic comorbidity in patients hospitalized in psychiatric hospitals. Thus, admission blood sampling would be likely to improve the detection of somatic disorders, such as diabetes mellitus, dyslipidemia, or infectious diseases.
