Abstract
Classically, diverse pharmacological combinations have been used in clozapine-resistant schizophrenics. The introduction of new atypical neuroleptics, mood stabilizers, and antidepressants has opened up new therapeutic options. We report a case of clozapineresistant schizophrenia and provide a review of the literature.
