Abstract
We present a preliminary report of 3 cases treated with this combination of antipsychotics (clozapine 400-600 mg/day plus aripiprazole 30 mg/day). This combined treatment produced a satisfactory clinical response with a good safety profile and a low risk of adverse effects.
