Abstract
Dynamic pulmonary hyperinflation and thoracoabdominal asynchrony association occurred in both upper-limbs exercises; however, the diagonal technique developed less dynamic hyperinflation and thoracoabdominal asynchrony in COPD patients than the arm cycle ergometer.
