Abstract
In chestCT, it is necessary to have a sufficient coverage volume, realise an early infusion and a late acquisition and finally use sagittal and coronal reformations. MRI séquences of diffusion, the STIR séquence and whole-body MRI techniques are the future for now undervalued.
