Abstract
The clinical features are heterogeneous and highly variable from one patient to another. A multidisciplinary discussion can offer a personalized treatment that can be multimodal. WBRT has long proven its effectiveness in reducing symptoms and even prolong survival. However, WBRT alone as soon as possible, regardless of the neurological symptoms and prognosis, is no more systematic. For patients with relatively good prognosis, the issue is the quality of life, for example avoiding or delaying WBRT, but also on the local brain control, optimizing local treatment with a combination of surgery and SR or WBRT and RS.
