Abstract
Supportive care is an important component of the treatment for patients undergoing chemotherapy for lung cancer, due to chemotherapy side effects (specially cisplatin) and the palliative objective of these therapeutics. Supportice care, increase significantly Quality Of Live, but also increase duration's survival. Significant progress has been made since recent years with the availability of new products and the establishment of international societies guidelines, including anti-emetic treatment, use of erythropoiesisstimulating agents and GCSF.
