Abstract
In the way to increase the tumor dose with respect of organ at risk, conformal 3D radiotherapy dramatically improved the radiation delivery using new technologies such as CT-pet, respiration- related scanner, breath-hold system, traking sytem or cone beam imagery. Conformal radiotherapy is a part of a therapeutic strategy including improvement of new molecular classification, of radiochemothrapy combination with or without targeted agents.
