Abstract
Obliterans bronchiolitis is a major cause of non-infectious pulmonary complication after stem cell transplantation. Immunomodulatory effects of azithromycin and montelukast have been shown. Inhaled treatment with budesonide/formoterol are prospectively evaluated. Lung transplantation must be proposed in case of terminal respiratory insufficiency, if the general condition of the patient is compatible
