Abstract
Desmoid fibromatosis is a rare soft tissue tumor, that while often occurring sporadically, is also thought to be related to tissue trauma, hormonal factors, familial adenomatous polyposis syndromes or a late reaction to radiation treatment. Here, it is presented in a young adult who received radiation therapy for Hodgkin lymphoma. Cross-sectional and sagittal images using plain radiography, CT and MR are shown, demonstrating the heterogeneous appearance of these lesions and locally invasive pattern of growth.
