Abstract
Breast tuberculosis can be misinterpreted as breast carcinoma, both clinically and also on mammography, ultrasound and magnetic resonance imaging. However, magnetic resonance spectroscopy can assist in lesion characterization and differentiate breast tuberculosis from breast carcinoma.
