Abstract

A 66-year-old woman with no previous history of cardiovascular disease, with dramatically insufficiency of the right ventricle and severe dyspnoea was diagnosed to have intracardiac tumor. The diagnosis was made by chance during two-dimensional echocardiography which showed a mobile structure, arising from the septum of right atrium to the cava inferior and to the right ventricle. Finally cardiovascular magnetic resonance (CMR) was performed. The patient underwent successful surgery and was sent to the Institute of Oncology.
