Abstract
We present a case of mesenteric actinomycosis with intestinal and abdominal wall involvement. The patient complained of right lower quadrant pain and presented a palpable mass. Abdomino-pelvic ultrasound (US), computed tomography (CT) and magnetic resonance image (MRI) were performed. Preoperative diagnosis with imaging techniques is difficult. Clinical and radiological features are reviewed. The patient underwent en-bloc surgical resection of the lesion and histopathological analysis revealed mesenteric actinomycosis.
