Abstract
We report US, CT and MR findings in a case of Castleman's disease mimicking a parathyroid mass in a middle-aged woman. Color Doppler Ultrasound showed a hypervascular mass with central cavitation. On CT scan, a well-marginated, homogeneous, and densely enhancing mass was detected in the right parathyroid space. The mass was isointense to muscle on T1-weighted MR images and hyperintense to muscle on T2-weighted MR images. The linear arborizing hypointense signal was seen in all pulse sequences.
