Abstract
Aneurysm or pseudoaneurysm formation in the bypass graft or at the aortotomy site represents a rare complication of CABG intervention that can be readily identified with multidetector CT scanning (MDCT). We report three cases of coronary graft (pseudo)aneurysm, each representing the consequence of one of the factors known to be related to this complication: accelerated atherosclerosis, surgical technical factors, postoperative hypertension and sternotomy wound infection.
