Abstract
A 40-year-old woman was suffering from a vague abdominal pain with presence of a mass in the left hypochondrium. Abdominal computed tomography showed a heterogenous enhancing mass in the left retroperitoneal space with absence of the left ovary. There were enlarged pelvic vessels supplying the mass, which was confirmed to be the left ovarian artery and vein on diagnostic angiography. A laparotomy was performed and histopathology examination showed a retroperitoneal paraganglioma.
