Abstract
Sweet's syndrome or acute febrile neutrophilic dermatosis is an unusual multisystemic disease with occasional involvement of the central nervous system.We present a case of neuro-Sweet syndrome in a middle-aged woman presenting isolated pons damage, a radiological findings that is rarely reported in literature.This report reviews the clinical features and imaging findings in Sweet's syndrome with neurological involvement and discusses the differential diagnosis of the present case.
