Abstract
Lymphangiomatosis is a rare congenital disorder, characterized by a diffuse proliferation of lymphatic channels involving bones, parenchymal organs, and soft tissue. We present the clinical and imaging features of a patient with a poorly recognized variant of lymphangiomatosis and particularly severe involvement of bone.
