Abstract
Choledochal cyst, a cystic dilatation of the biliary tree, is an uncommon cause of conjugated hyperbilirubinemia and may be associated with biliary atresia in the neonate. We present a 2-month-old infant with neonatal jaundice and an abdominal mass, where hepatobiliary scintigraphy identified a choledochal cyst with extrahepatic biliary atresia.
