Abstract
Lymphoma of the mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue (MALT) is the distinct clinicopathologic entity belonging to the subset of marginal zone Bcell lymphomas. Although primary laryngeal involvement of the MALT lymphoma is rare, several cases have been reported. This is the first report of MALT lymphoma of the larynx with MR imaging features.
