Clinical and radiological follow-up until its resolution of a case of subchondral fracture of the femoral head

This report documents clinical and imaging findings from onset to complete resolution of a subchondral fracture of the femoral head, comparing them with observations in cases of avascular necrosis and regional osteoporosis. This case may be of assistance to clinicians faced by this type of disease.
