Abstract
Extramedullary plasmacytoma is a rare form of plasma cell neoplasms and most commonly occurs in the upper aerodigestive tract. Primary extramedullary plasmacytoma that arises outside the bone marrow is extremely rare and its radiologic features are very scarce. Here, we describe a case of primary extramedullary plasmacytoma (IgG kappa type) arising from the retroperitoneum and the radiologic findings on CT and integrated PET/CT are discussed.
