Abstract
Single intracranial metastasis of RC is extremely rare, especially with a latency period of 10 years. Nevertheless, as leptomeningeal metastases from neoplasms can mimic benign tumors of the CPA, the possibility of metastasis to the CPA should be considered when a cancer patient has inner ear-related symptoms, even though such metastasis is rare.
