Abstract
We report a case of tracheobronchopathia osteochondroplastica incidentally discovered in a spiral CT of the chest performed in a patient with ankylosing spondylitis and pneumonia. This case report shows the imaging appearances of this rare disease on plain film radiographs and high resolution computed tomography. Multiplanar reconstruction and 3D virtual bronchoscopy images are also shown. Computed tomography diagnosis of tracheobronchopathia osteochondroplastica was confirmed by bronchoscopy and biopsy.
