Abstract
We report the plain radiograph, CT and clinical findings in a patient with multiple pulmonary nodules and absence of mediastinic adenopathies within two-years follow- up. Diagnosis was obtained after surgical biopsy of one of the nodules resulting in Castleman's disease. The majority of times, Castelman's disease is found affecting the chest and the presence of mediastinic are present most of the time. As far as we know, a multiple pulmonary nodular finding without mediastinic adenopathies had not been reported before.
