Abstract
We present a 20-year-old patient with low back pain and lower extremity weakness, who was diagnosed with lumbar spinal cord glioblastoma multiforme (GBM) in further workup. The tumor gradually extended upward, and within 11 months after the first presentation, he developed multiple brain metastases.
